Direct Debit from your account via phone

This option is a Customer Initiated Direct Debit.  This means that each time you receive a levy notice you will need to initiate the payment from your bank account.  It does not automatically occur for each levy.
Complete a Customer Initiated Direct Debit registration form prior to paying your levies.
Click Here to register. You will need to enter your DEFT Reference Number, then select “Online Direct Debit Registration”.  Alternatively, you may phone 1800 672 162 for a registration form.  Once you have your registration details from DEFT payments you can then make levy payments by phoning 1300 301 090 and following the prompts.  Your DEFT reference number is the 20 digit number to the right of the BPay sign on the bottom of your levy notice.

Credit Card over the  phone

Phone 1300 301 090 (or international +61 2 8232 7395) and follow the prompts.  Your DEFT reference number is the 20 digit number to the right of the BPay sign on the bottom of your levy notice.

Charged to the cardholder:
Mastercard/Visa/Bankcard – 1.5% of the total amount paid
American Express – 3.3% of the total amount paid.
Diners Card – 3.773% of the total amount paid

Credit Card over the internet

Click on the DEFT logo above/below/whatever and choose “Make a Payment”.  Your DEFT reference number is the 16 digit number to the right of the BPay sign on the bottom of your levy notice.

Charged to the cardholder:

BPay from your cheque or savings account over the phone or internet

If you haven’t used BPay before, contact your bank as they will advise how to use this facility.  Your Biller Code and reference number are located on the bottom of your levy notice.

$0.33 per payment

In Person

Take your levy notice to any Australia Post outlet and pay by cash, cheque or EFTPOS.

Charged to the body corporate
$0.83 per payment

By Mail

Post the lower portion of your levy notice with your cheque or money order to:
