StrataMax is an online service to our clients to access information about their body corporate. This service enables owners to view and print information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Each owner has an individual Login ID and password that will access their body corporate’s and their lot’s details. If you are a client of ours and have not been provided a Login ID and password, please contact our office at admin@ncbcms.com.au
Some of the information that can be found by logging onto StrataMax is:
Name & address on the roll
Levy details and account balances
Number of Lots in Scheme and Entitlements
Insurance information
By-laws
